| Zucchini Bake Madison County Cook Book 3 cups thinly sliced zucchini 1 cup Bisquick 1/2 cup minced onion 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese 2 tbsp parsley 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp seasoned salt 1/2 tsp dried marjoram or oregano leaves 1 clove of garlic (minced) 4 eggs (slightly beaten) Grease oblong pan. Mix all ingredients and spread in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
*you can add one pound of ground beef which has been browned and drained also
